Dwell Investment sponsored the RST Holdings deal, which brought together 18 investors to purchase three properties in the NW Minneapolis suburbs of Crystal, New Hope, and Brooklyn Park consisting of 92 units.
These properties have historically high occupancy. They are Class C apartments built in the 1960s and 1970s and have been well maintained with solid structures and mechanicals.
